Today sees the release of the second season of Veronica Mars on DVD. I'm at the edge of my seat having made it almost through the first season of the smartly-written teen sleuth drama, but I've heard there's some let down with the second one. Any truth to that?Just looking at the music, I can't imagine it'd be too bad. Some amazing cameos as well... both Britt Daniel (Spoon,) and Courtney Taylor-Taylor (Dandy Warhols,) make appearances at the singing karaoke. And director/writer/fans-of-the-show Kevin Smith and Joss Whedon also make appearances.
But, if that isn't enough... for those of us who are Buffy/Angel fans, there's quite the treat seeing Cordelia Chase.. er, I mean Charisma Carpenter playing the evil Kendall Casablancas.Ayeyayaye... not much mystery there!
