We were stuck in Spokane ("in a motel room w/o a Dolly Parton Tape,") well... not really stuck. My wife's sister and family were in Spokane looking at potentially moving there from Columbus, Ohio, based on a couple job opportunities. What do you do when it's 90 degrees in Spokane? Why if you're a 17-month old you nag and drag your parents to the big water fountain in Riverfront Park. Hempfest 2006 was going on there, so we were part of an interesting mix of people. Bathing toddlers and tie-dyed teens and twenty-somethings frolicked under the same synchronized rain.
As it should be, really...
