Tuesday night, UK chart-topper Lily Allen makes her US network television debut on Jimmy Kimmel Live. You know, pretty soon I'm going to just have to change my title here to thus sings Lily, as the UK hitmaker has made her way through nearly every TV program I've touched on. She's been featured on Entourage, Heroes and twice on Grey's Anatomy... all this and her album hasn't even made it stateside. She's already made plenty of appearances on the telly in the UK, so she should be up to the task.Elsewhere, it will be interesting to see if TV On The Radio can top their (already) legendary performance on Letterman back a couple months ago, as they tackle Conan's stage Friday night. Meanwhile, Ciara pulls off the difficult daytime double - hitting both Ellen and Regis on a very busy Tuesday.
