The only thing I saw different about the "director's cut" version of the Glee pilot was the extra footage of Will singing John Denver's "Leaving on a Jet Plane" and an extension of his brief flirt with accounting. Easy to see why it was cut from the originally aired pilot. Here's my original post with a playlist of all music, Gleeks.
