The Olympics, specifically NBC's terrible coverage of it, is pre-empting a lot of entertainment this week, so the pickings are meager. But one act of note this week is thenewno2, who feature Beatle offspring Dhani Harrison. After recording the act's debut (You Are Here, 2009) primarily by himself, Harrison has filled out a full band to back him and co-founder Paul Hicks for the follow up, thefearofmissiongout. Between the acts name and album title, it seems like they have a larger fear of their keyboard's space bar.

Elsewhere, My Morning Jacket is live at Red Rocks on AXS (the channel formerly known as HDNet) Saturday night while Tenacious D take their joke rock to Conan on Thursday.
