Love. This. Show.
The experiment of having different singers cover the theme song continued last night with a french interpretation from the Montreal, Canada folk duo The McGarrigle Sisters (Kate and Anna - who are probably better known to today's crowd as Rufus and Martha Wainwright's mum and auntie.) Previously, Elvis Costello, Death Cab for Cutie and Engelbert Humperdink (!) took on the song ("Little Boxes") originally sung by Malvina Reynolds.
Every week, following the episode, the Weeds myspace page features the new interpretation along with any other songs (like the aforementioned Of Montreal song) available for playback. Now that you know that, there's not really any reason for me to blog the show now is there? (Well... ok.)
