We're still in rerun season, so new performances are few and far between, but one that stands out is the network television debut of Tilly and the Wall on Letterman (on Friday.) This Omaha band is strongly associated with fellow Nebraskan Conor Oberst (Bright Eyes,) with good reason, as their latest release is both on Oberst's label (Team Love) and features an appearance from the Bright Eye himself. Next week, the talk shows come back from vacation (while I begin mine... perfect timing!)
