Chuck Versus the Leftovers: Unexpected Guests

The Chuck mid-winter finale delivered answered some questions (Mama B's relationship to Volkoff, why Chuck's mom wiped the intersect, how he gets it back) and managed to keep the Volkoff-as-season-long-baddie intact. Throw in a couple of obvious pop-cultural references -- T2's "Come with me if you want to live," Morgan's on the nose Die Hard turn(s)-- and you have a fine, if somewhat muddled, way to end the year for a somewhat dissapointing season thus far for Chuck.
